Fifty-seven years after their honeymoon, we bring a Queens couple back to Miami.

No vacation is more celebrated than the honeymoon. We even name suites after this romantic rite of passage. But the great travesty is that the honeymoon only happens once in a marriage. Atlantic Re:think and Trivago put an end to that, and brought Hank and Dottie Viola— two New York natives married over fifty seven years—back to the shores of Miami Beach.

We revisited the hotels, venues and beaches that Hank and Dottie hadn’t seen in over five decades. Along the way, the Violas reflected on what’s changed, what’s remained the same, and why we all need to travel more.
